Banana Chocolate Muffin

Gotta finish as much as stuff into the refrigerator as possible before we move to our new house. And cut down grocery shopping to only necessity items.

This time I've picked the "can't-be-more-ripe-banana" and "can't-stay-any-longer-chocolate" as the must-go items. Afterall we miss banana chocolate muffin.

(makes 12 regular-sized muffins)
Wet Ingredients:
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
2 eggs
3 very ripe large bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 white sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Others:

1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chip

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.

Mix both wet and dry ingredients separately. Stir together until just blended.

Fold in chocolate chip.

Scoop each muffin cup with almost full of batter, and bake until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting in the center of a muffin, about 20 minutes.

Let cool on a wire rack.
